Kelly brings over fifteen years of Systems Engineering and Computer Consulting experience to the table, delivering professional online marketing and program management services and solutions to business and nonprofit clients through companies including EDS and PriceWaterhouseCoopers Consulting. Kelly is a certified Google Analytics professional, holds a Systems Engineering certification, a Virginia Real Estate license and a Degree in Finance at James Madison University.

Kelly will focus on core Search Engine Optimization and Marketing (SEO/SEM) techniques, Pay-per-Click advertising (PPC), website traffic and social media analytics. Each participant will receive a custom review of their online presence (personal or business), along with specific guidance for improving their search engine rankings (across Google, Yahoo and Bing)

Melanie Alnwick, TV Anchor, Reporter, Journalist

Melanie Alnwick is an Emmy and Murrow Award-winning television journalist, with a degree from James Madison University. The majority of her career has been spent in the Washington DC area, and she spends nearly every working day looking for business people to interview and include in her news and business reports. You'll learn how newsrooms make story decisions, what makes a good news story, how to handle on camera interviews like a pro, and the best ways to get your message across and keep reporters coming back for more.

Melanie will conduct online video interview walkthroughs, and give pointers for the next time a camera crew comes calling. You'll also learn how to use these tips in your own internet video productions, whether for business or personal marketing purposes.

Ted holds professional certifications as an IT Solution Architect and Systems Engineer, and regularly publishes articles on topics ranging from Social Media to Digital Asset Management.

Ted will provide overview and hands-on guidance regarding integrated business and technical management of your online digital assets (your videos, your articles, your advertisements, your profile), with particular focus on distributing and syndicating information through various Internet channels, email and social media tools for maximum exposure and results.
